Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (Arizona time). We are closed on major U.S. holidays.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Orders from our Phoenix warehouse ship out within 24 hours on business days. Orders that are shipped from other warehouses may take 1-4 days to ship. If an item is on backorder from our Phoenix warehouse you will be notified by either your order confirmation or a follow up email.

Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx. Standard shipping can take 2-6 business days depending on where the product ships from. This does not include processing time.

You can estimate your shipping charges by adding the items you want into your shopping cart and viewing the cart page. There is a field where you can enter your zip code for a shipping cost estimate.

All orders will incur shipping charges F.O.B our closest warehouse via FedEx or common carrier truck. The entire freight amount will be included on your original order. There will be no further freight charges regardless of the number of shipments to complete your order, unless changes have been made to your order. Any order weighing over 150 lbs. will be sent by truck or evaluated for the best and least expensive shipping method. If you cannot receive a truck shipment at your location, please contact us.

Yes, please fill out our sample request form, with the item numbers you would like samples of and your complete ship-to address. Or you can email us at customerservice@splashpackaging.com.

Some samples might be limited availability. Be sure to include the specific items you would like and full shipping address with your request.

If the item you want to order is out of stock or backordered, contact us and we can try to estimate when it will be back in stock.

Yes, we can ship internationally.

We always offer a Dollar Volume Discount at Splash Packaging, which gives you an automatic 5% off of orders that are $200 or more, and 10% off of orders that are $500 or more (not including shipping). No coupon code is required for this discount, it is automatically applied in your cart when you meet the dollar threshold.

We have a minimum order requirement of $50.

Our products are already sold at low prices for businesses and organizations to purchase. You may submit for tax exemption if you are a non-profit or reseller. We also offer our Dollar Volume Discount on all orders over $200.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our In-Stock products, you can return them within 15 days and we will promptly exchange them, credit your account or refund your money. Restocking charges may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Food grade packaging that has been opened is not eligible for return.

Our products are sold in larger quantities to keep the prices low for high volume usage at businesses and restaurants. We do not sell smaller quantities than what is listed per item on our website.

Splash Packaging sells plain stock packaging items only, but our affiliate company Morgan Chaney does offer custom printing for packaging items. Please visit the Morgan Chaney website for details on custom printed packaging or fill out our contact form for more information.

Special ordering may be available through our custom packaging affiliate, Morgan Chaney, depending on the quantities and items you need. Please fill out our contact form with detailed information on what you are looking for. We will refer you to a Morgan Chaney packaging consultant for further information.

Generally, items that are discontinued are no longer offered or made by the manufacturer. Contact us for more information, we would be happy to help you find an alternative item that fits your needs.

We offer many packaging items that are manufactured in the USA. We also offer items that are made in other countries, including Italy and China. Please see individual item pages for details, most 'made in USA' items are labelled as such.

Biodegradability is the capacity for a material to naturally break down over time and reintegrate with the environment. A biodegradable product, will, given the right conditions and presence of microorganisms, fungi, or bacteria, eventually break down to its basic components and blend back in with the earth.

Compostable has a similar meaning to biodegradable, but compostable packaging generally requires specific composting conditions for the product to break down and degrade within about 90 days. Biodegradability has no specific time limit set for degradation.

Determining which packaging products are recyclable can be difficult, and sometimes is dependent on local recycling capabilities where you live. Most paper products are recyclable, unless they have a plastic film lamination on them. Plastic recycling varies based on the product, the type of plastic it is made from, and the capabilities and rules around your local recycling plants.

We offer a variety of bags that would be eligible for use in cities with plastic bag ordinances, including paper bags and heavyweight plastic bags. We have several paper bag options that are made with at least 40% post-consumer recycled content, which is a requirement in some cities or towns. We list the recycled content percentages on our products whenever possible.

In some cities with plastic bag laws, a heavier weight plastic bag can be classified as a "reusable bag". We offer plastic bags with thicker construction that may fit your needs, and we list the mil weight of our plastic bags in the product description. The requirement to classify a bag as reusable varies by city/state/town so we encourage you to double check your local laws.
